1st Offense

$150-300 fine

2nd Offense

5-180 days in jail

$350-1,100 fine

3rd Offense

30-365 days in jail

$600-2,000 fine

4th Offense

60-365 days in jail

5th and Subsequent Offenses

6 months minimum jail sentence, exposed to up to 6 years in prison bifurcated as 3 years of initial confinement and 3 years of extended supervision, up to $10,000 fine.
